The Business Office is responsible for all aspects of the school and district's finances. This includes payroll, budgeting, accounts payable, student body funds, lunch program, and grants. We are continually striving for ways to raise funds to support the education of our students.

FOR PROSPECT SCHOOL DISTRICT #59

BUDGET COMMITTEE 2019

 

The Board of Directors for Prospect School District #59 announces the following Budget Committee vacancies:  Position #1, & #5. These positions serve a three-year term.

 

NOTE:  Applicants must be qualified voters of the District as required by Oregon Revised Statute - ORS 294.336. Employees of the District are not eligible to be on the Budget Committee.

 

The Board requests that patrons interested in serving on the District Budget Committee submit a letter of interest to the Business Office. The letter should include name and contact information as well as the reason you are interested in serving on the committee, previous experience, and other community involvement. The letter can be mailed to PO Box 40, Prospect, OR 97536; emailed to tammyw@prospect.k12.or.us, or hand delivered to the district office at 160 Mill Creek Drive.

 

Letters of interest must be received by 4:00 p.m. on February 28, 2019.
