Principal's Message

Dear Prospect Charter School Families,

With the 2017-18 school year upon us, I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself; announce changes in staff; and welcome all our families, new and returning, to Prospect School.

As many of you know, this is my first year as the Principal at Prospect School and I am excited to meet everyone as we get this school year started. To give you a brief introduction of myself, I grew up in John Day and graduated from Grant Union High School. I attended Corban University where I majored in Elementary Education. After 5 years as an elementary teacher I decided to make the move from teaching to administration, and I have spent the last 5 years working as an administrator in both Oregon and Alaska. When I’m not at school I enjoy golfing, hunting, and spending time with my wife.

In addition to myself there have been several other additions and changes to the staff, including our new superintendent, Doug Jantzi.

If you ever have any questions, concerns, or would simply like to get to know me better, please know that my door is always open.
